Gabungan Persatuan Penulis Nasional (Gapena) hari ini memfailkan laporan polis berhubung pelaksanaan dasar Pengajaran dan Pembelajaran Sains dan Matematik dalam Bahasa Inggeris (PPSMI) di Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah Brickfields tengah hari tadi.
Berasaskan kepada kehendak Perkara 152(1) & 6 Perlembagaan Persekutuan dan Seksyen 17(1) Akta Pendidikan 1996, adalah wajib bagi semua mata pelajaran yang diajar di semua sekolah menggunakan bahasa Melayu.

I feel there’s nothing wrong with language change"FROM MALAY TO ENGLISH".. Don't you think it would be great if all could speak english. especially children from rural side.
still if go back to bahasa kebangsaan .. i'm sure it will cost more on those changes. Who is standing at loosing side ? THINK.

It is good that english language has been implemented in schools as its a universal language and companies require their staff to be able to sepak good english. Its ok if they wanna fight for it but lodging a police report?????? I suggest they have an official voting from the public on which language preferred to thought in school for all subjects. I think then they will get a clear decision and no one can argue about it anymore as this is public decision.
This people are either bored, stupid or extremely poor in english.

The main reason they are not in favor of english medium is because:
- They (nattanz) scores badly when it comes to languages which are in english medium
- Their brain cant absorb any other language other thn Malay
- They always think that no matter what they studied, end of the day, they will still be feed by Govt e.g Govt jobs/skim perumahan, etc.
