Long Lost Contact "Fren"

It was in 2004, 5 of us share car and go to work. Kath, Kasturi, Yoges, Jumma and me. We had a good time every day with jokes, cooking recipe, and grumble about our bosses. Until one day, I moved house near LRT station. Furthermore my house was far from the place Kath pick up. And Lrt made a convenient life for me as it’s just across my house. The last I saw all of them is on May 2005. I don’t know why but I never tend to call any of them. It’s been 4 years.

Yesterday meet one gal. she used to work at the parking lot, where we usually park the car. She knows all of us well. And she tells me .. Kath is now married N moved to Seremban. Kasturi husband always fall sick and she struggle to raise 4 kids on her own. Very strong lady. Yoges.. kidney failure. Last month admitted in ICU.. About Jumma she have no idea.

I feel very bad cause never keep in touch with them…. I need to meet them.

BODY MASS INDEX "BMI"

I have been going through this issue for past 6 years. So disappointed cause never been serious in doing exercise nor eating the right food. Kept saying I will loose but at the end, I have grown from L to XL… Now XL to XXL.

Three months back, I was so happy that I lost 2 kg.. but all in vain when my eating unhealthy food habit continuous. got to know from my sister that after the age of 30.. its hard to loose… it means I only have another 1 year to go.

Today onwards, I will stop talking or posting at my blog about my obesity. No point in talking when there is no action.

Maid Abuse Case

Her name is Siti Hajar from Garut, West Java, Indonesia.

Her Employer treated her worst than animals… I wonder what kind of human qualities does the employer have to prove she is still human and a mother of two kids. The maid only sleep 3 hours daily, not been paid any salary since the first month of her employment, Breakfast and dinner usually consisted of plain rice and water.

LOVING WIFE

I attend a funeral on 26th May 2009. She is just 41 and died because of drinking poison. When I say drinking poison , many will ask why ?

The reason is a very long story. her husband found out that he have cancer and will live for 8 months only. He didn’t tell his wife. He arrange all the necessary documents , will and many more arrangement before his day come. However, this woman manages to find out. Could not bare the news she drank poison. Been admitted in hospital for a week. When someone loves their life partner so much.. of course they would not be able to bear the sad news.. But she supposed to think of her kids.. Her elder child is only 16... When I asked my hubby, will he hide from me? He say definitely… because he knows that I would cry day and night. I do not want to condemn on what she have done. I only can say all because of her love. Now the husband is more worried about his children. He have to start back from A. if only what the doctors say is not true... I’m very sure the doctor would be a death man..

One of my uncle also confirm having cancer. After that, he found out there is none. It has been 3 years since. And he still around. Alive,
May her soul rest in peace. That’s all I can say.

RAHUL DEV

Rahul Dev is an actor and former model. Rahul had been married to wife Rina since 11 years and they have a 10 yr old son... Siddarth.

Rina had been suffering from cancer for a very long time. She was under treatment.and unfortunately breathed her last on Saturday evening (May 16).

My condolence to Rahul Dev.

Unbuttoned Act

I’m sure many knows about unbuttoning Akshay & Twinkle story.

Due to the action, twinkle was arrested and bailed last month.

One of the models on the ramp stepped forward to unzip Akshay’s denims. But Akshay said no to her by waving his one finger and took everyone by surprise when he asked his wife to do so. Twinkle blushed momentarily, but Akshay took her hands and asked her to do the act.

According to Akshay “There is nothing wrong in it. And It’s great to be unbuttoned by your wife.”

WOW Akshay, you are absolutely true.. definitely there is nothing wrong.. But then, it supposed to happen in your bedroom. Between u and ur wife. where is your respect for her feelings, self worth and pride. i will have to say he behaved inappropriately and disrespectfully towards his wife in front of the audience.

I feel pity for you Twinkle. So, next time take the last seat when ur husband doing a walk on ramp. …. And I know u r still beside him cause Kallanalum kanavam.. pullananum puresen.. AM I Right, Frens ?

What are the signs and symptoms of this virus in people?
The symptoms of this new H1N1 flu virus in people are similar to the symptoms of seasonal flu and include fever, cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, body aches, headache, chills and fatigue. A significant number of people who have been infected with this virus also have reported diarrhea and vomiting. Also, like seasonal flu, severe illnesses and death has occurred as a result of illness associated with this virus.


Take these everyday steps to protect your health:
1. Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Throw the tissue in the trash after you use it.

2. Wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after you cough or sneeze. Alcohol-based hand cleaners are also effective.

3.Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread this way.

4. Try to avoid close contact with sick people.

5.Stay home if you are sick for 7 days after your symptoms begin or until you have been symptom-free for 24 hours, whichever is longer. This is to keep from infecting others and spreading the virus further.
